Our commitment

The Nevada State Fire Marshal Division is committed to making the Nevada IMPACT system accessible to all users, including those who rely on assistive technologies. We continually review and improve the site to remove barriers that prevent equal access to information and services.

Standards we apply

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA (opens in a new tab) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, as applicable to public agencies under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Report an accessibility barrier

If you encounter a page, feature, document, or class flyer that is difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard, or other assistive technology — or if you cannot access content you need — please let us know. We will respond as quickly as we can and provide the information you need in an accessible format.

Alternate formats

If you need a document, class flyer, or other content in an alternate format (large print, accessible PDF, plain text, or another format), contact us using any of the methods above and we will provide it at no cost.

Known limitations

Some content on this site — including class flyers uploaded by course coordinators — may be in formats (such as Microsoft Word documents or scanned PDFs) that are not fully accessible. We are working to remediate these documents. If you encounter one you cannot read, please contact us and we will provide an accessible version.
