How do I obtain a FEMA Student Identification (SID) Number?
Visit cdp.dhs.gov/femasid/register (opens in a new tab) to register for a FEMA Student Identification Number.
I submitted a registration for a class and my status shows “Pending.” What does this mean?
Your registration is pending approval from the NV IMPACT administrators. There is nothing more you need to do unless there are special registration requirements stated on the class page. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been approved.
I have several people in my agency that I would like to register for a class. Do each of them need to register for an account?
Yes. Each individual responder must register for the class. This allows them to keep an individual record and transcript of completed training. Do not use your account to register someone else.
I have forgotten my login information, password, or I no longer have access to my old email account.
To obtain your username or reset your password, click “I forgot or don’t know my username or password” on the login page and submit your information. If you require further assistance, contact the Training Bureau.
